Position Overview
As a Tax Sales Closer at Dial Expert, you will handle a mix of cold and warm leads generated through multiple vendors and lead-generation methods. This role requires the ability to control sales conversations, qualify prospects, handle objections, and close agreements professionally, while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Accurate Customer Information Collection
  • Collect, verify, and document customer personal and financial information
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain organized and auditable records
Customer Engagement & Sales Handling
  • Handle both cold and warm leads professionally
  • Build rapport quickly and guide the conversation toward resolution
  • Present tax-related services clearly, ethically, and confidently
IRS Eligibility Qualification
  • Conduct structured qualification calls
  • Review IRS-related background (up to 10 years where applicable)
  • Determine eligibility based on provided guidelines
Closing & Contract Execution
  • Confidently present service agreements and pricing
  • Handle objections using approved rebuttals
  • Secure electronic signatures and confirm customer understanding
Working Hours
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
(Cairo Time)
  • Includes 1 hour break
  • Additional shifts may be introduced with flexibility to choose

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
  • 15,000 EGP / month
Commission
  • $10 – $15 per closed sale
  • Paid on top of base salary

Requirements
Highly Preferred
  • Call center experience (sales or closing roles)
  • Experience handling mixed cold and warm leads
  • Strong objection-handling skills
